Ed Burrows

Ed has over 15 years experience in digital marketing, with a specialisation in strategy and email marketing. He has developed CRM programs for SoundCloud, Pitch and Native Instruments and founded the retention team at mobile growth consultancy Phiture, where he lead engagements with Headspace and Clue.

Alex Gorius

Alex is a technical lead who specialises in both subscription strategy and developing custom tools to automate all elements of CRM production. He has consulted for dozens of mobile apps including Blinkist, Headspace, and PhotoRoom. He is the author of numerous subs optimization and CRM processes and tech and was previously a leading figure at mobile growth consultancy Phiture.

Karan Tibdewal

Karan has strong expertise helping CRM teams with rapid experimentation, setting up & scaling processes and how to use psychology to increase retention. He recently consulted for Blinkist, Blacklane, Ada Health and Feeld and regularly contributes industry-leading content in the CRM arena.
